Capitalizing on Investment: How to Make Workforce Housing Around Transit Pay Off

As the culmination of our three-year ULI Workforce Housing initiative, this program will demonstrate how to make housing around transit a win/win for developers, cities, and moderate-income workers.

Moving Cooler: Transportation and Climate Change

This program will feature the new Moving Cooler book, and will explore how both the public and private sectors are grappling with new policies relating to transportation and greenhouse gas emissions. Th ese include pricing of parking, freeways, and fuel taxes; deregulation of land use policies; public transportation; workplace and commuter choices; and non-motorized transportation.
